If your employer does have Bespoke Terms in place with Motivii, in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and the Bespoke Terms, the Bespoke Terms will prevail. The Bespoke Terms shall supersede these standard terms or any other terms you agreed to when signing up to Motivii.

Your motivation is very personal to you, and so are some of the questions you answer. We therefore promise never to share your individual results with anyone. Furthermore, for the purpose of group analysis, it is the aggregate data that is important e.g can we spot trends that would help your organisation improve things for many employees.
When you change Employer you can unlink your account so that your data no longer anonymously contributes them. Your Employer or Manager may automatically do this, or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. and we can unlink you.

You may give us information about you by filling in information requested during the registration process of Motivii, by using Motivii or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you submit content to Motivii, and when you report a problem with Motivii. Your employer (through your Manager) may provide certain additional information to us regarding your employment, including your job title, function and location of work, and may update that information from time to time, including if you change teams or roles within your organisation.
We may make use of location data sent from Devices. You can turn off this functionality at any time by turning off the location services settings for the mobile application on the Device. If you use these location services, you consent to us and our affiliates' and licensees' transmission, collection, maintenance, processing and use of your location data and queries to provide and improve location-based products and services. We may also use GPS technology or other technology to determine your current location. Some of our location-enabled services require your personal data for the feature to work.
We may receive information about you if you use any other websites we operate or other services we provide from time to time. In this case we will have informed you when we collected that data that it may be shared internally and combined with data collected on this site.
